Tutoring

What is tutoring?

Tutoring is private academic help, usually provided by an expert teacher; someone with deep knowledge or defined expertise in a particular subject or set of subjects.

I have been a tutor in Web Design since 2014!  I get started as a Lab Assistant at Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte NC, USA.  I also tutor online at Wyzant.com from 2015 until now.

Wyzant.com

Wyzant is an American educational technology company that develops an online platform for hiring tutors. It is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.

Wyzant provides many subjects to meet student’s needs. The students need to register online at Wyzant.com to open an account and then they can search for the tutors that fit their specific subject.

The flatform for tutoring at Wyzant is very easy to use.  When the student already chose a tutor he or she just needs to send a message to the tutor to request a lesson with the time range that fits the student schedule.  After receive the student message, the tutor will schedule a lesson through Wyzant flatform and the student will get a link with the date and time listed.  When the date and time become available, the student just needs to click on the link and enter Wyzant flatform and meet the tutor there to begin the lesson.
